COVID-19

Hairadox is committed to facilitating safe spaces for classes and events, ensuring that health and security risks are at a minimum.

Patrons and staff are asked to NOT attend any class or event if any of the following is true:

• Within 14 days before attending the class or event you have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;

• Within 48 hours prior to attending the class or event, you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., a fever of 100.4F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention);

• Within 14 days prior to attending the class or event, you have travelled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.

Patrons and staff are expected to respect the social distancing measures at all times where possible.

By virtue of attending a class or event, you are acknowledging that you have not experienced any illness or COVID-19 related symptoms within any of the fourteen (14) days immediately prior to the class or event and that you will not attend the class or event if you have tested positive for COVID-19, or been in contact with any person that has tested positive for COVID-19 or shown COVID-19 related symptoms, within any of the fourteen (14) days immediately prior to the class or event.
